We have been praised for our sporting courses and facilities.
The college is fortunate to be part of an outstanding Sports Park partnership. This fantastic facility has opened up all kinds of opportunities for students who are interested in sport.
If you are reading this in one of our local Eastbourne partner schools you may well have used the Harlow Sports Centre on a school sports day or during the much acclaimed Park Games run for Year 10 students by Park Community Sports Leaders Award and Higher Sport Leader Award students.
This new centre includes three indoor tennis courts and two basketball courts, plus two netball courts, two volleyball courts, two badminton courts, football and rugby pitches, a floodlit Astroturf pitch, along with a competition standard athletics stadium.
This great facility has helped us offer a range of coaching qualifications and National Governing Body Awards that have included athletics, hockey, football, cricket and Sports Medicine which can contribute to the successful completion of the Sports Leadership Awards at levels 1, 2 or 3 or support sport specific vocational courses that contain a coaching unit.
