Are you aged 16-18 and not sure if work or college is the right choice for you?
e2e offers young people a taste of college life, without having to make a long term commitment
- Our courses are part time (2/3 days a week) so that you have time to look for work or just some time for yourself!
- You will receive £30 EMA for each week you complete and you can still get other benefits. Your Key Worker will give you extra support, information and advice.
- You will be able to set yourself targets that you want to achieve, and receive a £5 bonus for each week you achieve them!
- If you need to get a bus or train into college, we will pay for your travel.
- Our e2e Transition Co-ordinator will help you to make choices about your next steps and will support you as you progress.
- Our courses are practical, fun and will help you decide what to do next.
- You will be able to get work experience

Who is it for?
e2e runs lots of different courses in the local area for young people aged between 16 and 18. It is an ideal course for you if:
- You are thinking about going to college or starting work
- You have left school and do not have any qualifications
- You are a young parent
- You are unemployed
Course hours
You have to attend for a minimum of 16 hours a week.
What are the entry requirements?
You have to be aged 16 – 18. There are no entry requirements. Speak to your Connexions P.A. who
will refer you for the course.
What support is there?
Your course tutor will give you support, information, advice and guidance during your time on the programme. You will be given the opportunity to set yourself targets as part of the review process. During the course you will meet the e2e Transition Coordinator who will help you to make choices about your next step and will support you as you progress.
What will happen when I complete the course?
You will be able to apply for a course at college or for employment. Your tutor will be able to write you a supportive reference if you have attend regularly and have shown a commitment to learn. Talk to your Connexions P.A. about the different courses on offer in your area.
