FREELANCE ASSOCIATES REQUIRED
Employer Training at Sussex Downs College, seeks to provide skills and training for employers and businesses within East Sussex and are looking to increase our pool of freelance Associates to deliver a range of courses, provided throughout the year.
Whether you’re an individual or part of a training consortium and wish to reach a wider audience, you’ll be delivering to a mature and motivated audience that will be keen to improve their career prospects or company performance. In particular we are looking for professional practitioners to develop and deliver courses in the following areas:
• Food Safety and nutrition
• Health and Social Care including specific manual handling & risk assessment
• Health & Safety Training, specifically construction related
• Retail

Required to join our pool of Assessors for:
A1 Award
V1 Award
Sports NVQs
Teaching Assistants
Information Advice and Guidance
Hospitality (professional Cookery)
Care of Children and Young People
Applicants should:
Have relevant occupational experience.
Hold the D32/33 or A1 Assessor Awards.
Assessing is undertaken in the candidates' workplace and there will be a requirement to travel regularly throughout the local area. You should therefore hold a full, clean driving licence and be willing to use your own vehicle.
You will be employed as part of a pool of staff and will therefore be contracted for work on a fixed term, variable hours basis. These posts are subject to a CRB check.
