Step 1: Complete and return your application
Please complete the application form below, and email this to us along with your supporting documents to:

Your supporting documentation should include:
• A copy of your passport
• Your IELTS test report (where necessary)
• Your academic transcripts (where necessary)

Step 2: Payment
To secure your course place, you should pay a £1000 deposit. (If applying for more than one course a further £100 deposit is required for each additional course)
If you would also like us to arrange accommodation for you please send a £60 Accommodation Arrangement Fee (AAF).

Step 3: Once accepted, you will receive:
• An Offer Letter or Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
• Your accommodation details
• Your airport collection details (if requested)
• A detailed pre-arrival pack
If you change your mind
The deposit and tuition fees will only be refunded under exceptional circumstances as defined by the college. If you are declined a Student Visa you will be required to send us your visa rejection letter to enable us to withdraw your CAS. If your visa application was made in good faith, we will then refund your deposit minus £150 administration fee. The Accommodation Arrangement fee is non-refundable.

Enrolment
It is highly recommended that you attend the enrolment programme as it will help you to adjust to college life and make new friends.
You will receive a full induction including:
An English language assessment
A tour of the campus and local area
Guidance
Please let us know if you are unable to attend.
Term Dates
These can be found on the enclosed price list. Confirmation of enrolment and term dates will be made in your offer letter.

Please see the price lists above for accommodation, airport collection and tuition fees. Your £1000 deposit will go towards your first term tuition fee. Tuition fees should be paid in full on or before enrolment. English language students are permitted to pay by termly instalments. Please note that you may be required to buy course materials such as books.
All courses, options and activities are offered subject to sufficient student numbers on enrolment.
