Online Fee Payment
Sussex Downs College has arranged an effective method of international payment through the Pay to Study (PTS) Service. The PTS System is a free service – no bank charges will be added to your transfers – offering significantly beneficial exchange rates. By using this system you are able to pay in your home currency at your local bank, so there is no need to buy Sterling from your bank prior to transferring. This option is only available if you have already received an invoice from Sussex Downs College.
All payments can be tracked by you, the student, 24 hours a day online. Therefore you will not need to contact the College to confirm whether or not we have received payment. All visa authorities now accept PTS receipts as a means of evidencing payment of tuition fees. If you require a student visa, you will need to add the confirmation of payment receipt to your visa application.

Step by step process of how to make a payment:
Complete the PTS registration page below including scanning & emailing copies of your passport & letter of acceptance from Sussex Downs College to email@example.com This e-mail address is protected.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay
- You will then receive an up to date exchange rate
- If satisfied then confirm you wish to pay
- You will then receive on screen payment instructions
- Following the payment instructions by making a local transfer from your local account to the local PTS account in your country & currency (online banking or at branch options available)
- You will also need to email a copy of your Sussex Downs College invoice or Acceptance Letter to: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Payment is then released from a PTS UK Bank Account to Concorde International’s UK Bank Account the same day (providing payment made before 2pm GMT), payments made after 2pm will be received the following day
- Payment Tracking & Receipts available online through your PTS Account 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
