Music Production and Creative Recording (top-up) BA (Hons)

This creative, well-established and highly successful programme is designed to take Music Production foundation degree students to the next level of personal and professional development.

Course structure

The course is highly practical and offers students the opportunity to explore the marriage of creativity and technology. Students have access to eight recording studios and 13 workstations with industry-standard hardware and software. In addition to scheduled lectures and workshops, studio technicians can be booked for one-to-one sessions in order to provide maximum support.

Career and progression opportunities

Our graduates are innovative and creative practitioners able to fulfil a variety of roles. We have graduates employed by major record companies in A&R, art and design, and marketing departments. Others have started their own ventures such as production companies and recording/rehearsal studios or are working as record/music producers; songwriters; recording engineers and live events promoters.
